Overall Job Purpose:

Revitalize Studios is currently seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our team by discovering quality professional contractors in our network. This is an entry-level opening for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced highly results driven environment.

Key Duties:

  • Discover and recruit high-quality home service professionals through market research (LinkedIn, job boards, Twitter, and other social media, etc.), networking events and recruiting calls.
  • Develop creative projects related to talent acquisition with the potential to be implemented and tested.
  • Participate in various networking events to scout for contractors.
  • Remain up-to-date with social media platforms and other networking tools to ensure utilization of best practices.
  • Demonstrate an ability to pre-screen contractors by checking for proper credentials needed before entering the network.
  • Willing to learn and become familiarized with the process of cold calling with the goal to recruit contractors.

Credentials:

  • Must be a full-time or part-time student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters’ degree program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software Programs.
  • Motivated self-starter and mature approach to the workplace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail and organization oriented.
  • Strong business aptitude, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with responsibility (essential).
  • Committed to a minimum of 3-months in this position.

Overall Job Purpose:

Revitalize Studios is currently seeking a Social Media Intern who is responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s social media strategy. This involves working across key social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. This role will have the goal of increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients and candidates.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in creating and implementing social media marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to develop and adjust correlating marketing plans.
  • Create content, manage tasks, and execute special events.
  • Update social media accounts with activities and events being led by the company.
  • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social media channels.
  • Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a full-time or part-time student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters’ degree program.
  • Familiar with Twitter, Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • 1-2 years social media experience.
  • Detail-oriented and technology-savvy.
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in the creation and editing of content for newsletter.
  • Lead (eventually) the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Assist the Social Media Intern with the creation of content for social media platforms as well as our website.
  • Prepare presentations for various networking events to help build our brand and increase awareness of our services.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a full-time or part-time student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters’ degree program.
  • Applied understanding of basic marketing.

Real Estate Photographer Internship

Full Job Description:

Revitalize Studios is currently looking for a creative Photographer/Videographer Intern. We are seeking a fun, creative, and committed individual who wants to help take our branding and marketing to the next level. Ideal candidate will work independently photographing and videoing renovated properties and doing some portrait photography of our team and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture quality video and photos of all renovated properties to post on social media and company website.
  • Coordinate with contractors to schedule photo shoots once renovations have been completed.
  • Demonstrate an ability to edit and manipulate photos for lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality photography.
  • Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing to ensure Revitalize Studios is represented in the best possible way.
  • Existing photography and photo editing knowledge is a bonus.
  • Ability and willingness to use relevant software.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a full-time or part-time student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters’ degree program.
  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of videography/photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment.
  • Comfortable in working with a variety of people and personalities.
  • Demonstrates flexible thinking and the ability to pivot and make adjustments.
  • Can multi-task, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines.
  • Must always be on time to photoshoots and prompt when delivering pictures within 24 hours.
  • Must have own equipment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Committed to a minimum of 3-months in this position.
